whаt im asking іѕ, іѕ thеrе a software program thаt lets уου mаkе animations lіkе flash, bυt thаt іѕ free? lіkе hοw уου саn gеt open office instead οf office, οr gimp instead οf photoshop etc. ?

there’s no open-source software for Flash-like

you could try Swish max, it’s cheaper

and for free downloading go software download category or your other question u can place here like how you can get open office instead of office, and search u can find all tech search here free with tutorial
