But learning a software used by Graphic designers does not make you one, there is a complete skill set that you need to be one. If you go to a university, it will take about 4 years. If you go to a trade school, maybe only 2 years... but you might not learn as much. Flash is just one program. Depending how much you want to learn, it can take at least a quarter/semester to know the basics.
