I am not sure how you meant the last part but here is a suggestion to try… select a Real Estate Agent and find out how they do their pictures for sales.
If they take them themselves offer your service to enhance their images and if they hire it out place in a bid.
You may offer the first REA that lets you do it a free 6 months for word of mouth advertising…
