Free, simple flash animation programs for macs?

I’m a complete beginner as far as flash animation is concerned and was wondering whether anyone could recommend a program out there that’s perhaps easier to manage… and maybe even free (downloadable via download.com/Limewire)?

No such thing as “free” and simple when you are talking about Adobe Flash. If you want simple to learn get a free tutorial. If you want Flash download the trial version from Adobe as they own the software and the rights to it having bought Macromedia a few years back who originally created Macromedia Flash.
