<p> Fitness Made Easy Exercise 1: Stair Sprinting
<p>Anybody can lose weight; it’s no big deal. You only have to be careful about the food you eat and to make more effort than you usually do. Dieting doesn’t have to mean food deprivation and money spent on gym subscriptions. You can keep your body in shape with simple exercises that do not require gym equipment or professional advice and supervision.</p>
<p>A simple exercise that anybody can perform at home or the park is called Stair Sprinting. The name is pretty self explanatory. All you have to do is run up and down the stairs between several floors; the more floors, the better off you’ll be.</p>
<p>It’s a good idea to start small, even if you’re in a good physical condition. Run up and down four floors two times. First timers and overweight people are unlikely to manage more than two reps anyway. However, it’s no big deal if you can’t do more than two reps in the beginning. Resistance to effort is built in time. Do the two reps every other day for two weeks.</p>
<p>After two weeks increase the number of reps to either three or four, depending on how you feel. If you can take four reps up and down four flights of stairs, then by all means do so. If you can’t, then stick to three reps. As the weeks go by, you can add even more reps to your routine in order to increase your endurance and to really put the muscles to work.</p>
<p>This exercise is perfect for the legs and ass. Ladies and gents looking to build shapely asses and strong thighs ought to try stair sprinting. Having to carry your own weight up the stairs instead of flat terrain puts more stress on the muscles and helps the feet gain more endurance. However, be very careful when doing this exercise. Running up and down the stairs makes it very easy to trip or miss a step and splay an ankle. Even more serious injuries might happen if you’re not careful enough.</p>
<p> Fitness Made Easy Exercise 2: Sit-ups
<p>Getting up in the morning and going straight to work or other chores can be a bore. There are days when one simply doesn’t feel like getting out of bed. And this is where exercising can actually help you with a kick start. A quick workout session at the beginning of the day can do wonders for your health, especially if you’re also trying to lose weight.</p>
<p>Sit-ups are one of those exercises that can be performed at home. To perform sit-ups you need to lie on your back on the floor and bend your knees at 90 degrees. Then, you have to sit up without moving your legs at all. It is very important not to use your leg muscles to balance the body, compensate or supplement the effort made by the abdominal muscles or you will get no benefit from this exercise.</p>
<p>You may want to perform the exercise on a workout mat or pad in order to make it easier on your back. Some people find it uncomfortable when the lower back bones press into a hardwood floor, which is why mats and pads are recommended. However, if you want sit-ups to be fully effective, you should coupled them with generic cardio exercises, such as running, which will lower the overall body fat and leave the abs exposed. If you experience lower back pain, you should stop performing sit-ups and settle for crunches or other exercises that do not involve lower back movement.</p>
<p>This exercise will help you get those cool looking abdominals that everybody wants to show off. Today, both men and women are eager to acquire that “tough to the core” look that a well defined six-pack gives. It’s a sign of a body kept well in hand and of a strong will behind it.</p>
<p> Fitness Made Easy Exercise 3: Push-ups
<p>What’s the oldest trick in the big book of fitness exercises? You guessed it, it’s the push ups. This exercise is so well known and has been around for so long that I think it must have been performed by Roman soldiers, too. It looks ancient and it feels ancient. But it’s also extremely simple and extremely effective. So, if you want those bulging pectorals, get down and give me 20.</p>
<p>Push ups are a great exercise that can be performed anywhere. The basic push up is performed lying face down on the floor and then raising and lowering the body using just the arms. Push ups are meant to strengthen the pectorals, triceps and, to some extent, the deltoids, but are also good as core body strength exercises.</p>
<p>If you really want to put pressure on your shoulder and chest muscles you can try the press ups, which are the military or athletic version of the push ups. Press ups are performed with the back and legs straight and off the floor. If you are at home, you can put your feet on a low chair or armchair. If you’re in the park, you can use a bench to prop up your feet. Try not to raise your legs too high above the shoulder line.</p>
<p>Other variations include push ups performed using just four fingers at each hand, using only one hand, clapping the hands (requires strong pushes that raise the body higher than usual), or pressing against a wall instead of using the floor (the farther your feet are from the wall, the harder the exercise). Take care not to injure yourself while performing some of the more exotic variations. If you’re an overweight person looking to get back into shape, you should not avoid push ups. This exercise can teach you something about carrying your own weight.</p>
<p> Fitness Made Easy Exercise 4: Squat thrusts
<p>Everybody understands push ups and sit-ups. They’re simple, straightforward exercises. But to get a shapely and fit looking body you need to get beyond the simpler exercises and put more muscles to work. Dieting can only take you half way through to your goal. The rest has to come from exercises that burn out fat and build stronger muscles.</p>
<p>So, one good exercise that can be easily performed at home by anyone is the squat thrusts. In order to perform squat thrusts, you have to put your hands on the floor, shoulder width apart, with the legs stretched, just like in the normal push up position. From this position, you must bring both legs forward, underneath your torso, by  ending the knees and thrusting forward. The third step is to return your legs to the original position with the same quick, powerful movements.</p>
<p>The exercise can be performed by bringing the right leg forward, in a position that resembles that of a runner at the start line. Then, thrust both legs simultaneously, the right leg going back and the left leg coming forward to replace the right one. And thrust again, bringing the right leg forward and pushing the left leg back.</p>
<p>This exercise is meant to work out the glutes, the hamstrings and the quads, with some benefits for the triceps. Be careful not to trip and fall and make sure your hands are firmly keeping the whole body in the correct position. Perform some 15-20 reps every workout session and you’ll be showing some great legs to anyone who cares to look. Ladies are impressed by men with muscular legs and asses and you don’t need me to tell you how men feel about women with good-looking legs.</p>
<p>Remember that exercises must be helped by keeping a close eye on the food intake. Junk food, sodas and snacks have to go and fruits, vegetables and other nutritional and healthy foods must take their place.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For women, strengthening and toning your muscles around the thighs is a great goal to have. Sometimes having a trim lower body is harder to achieve then a toned upper body. Keeping both upper and lower body in proportion will be the goal with the exercises we are going to detail. Many women get amazed at the quick results they can achieve when using the correct exercises. By combining a few simple exercises and a sensible diet and regular mild exercise, the results will come quickly.</p>
<p><strong>Miracle claims about toning and weight loss are invariably complete nonsense.</strong></p>
<p>The best approach with weight loss results will always be the correct exercise routines and addressing dietary issues. A friend who has studied nutrition and exercise for many years passed on the five exercises I will detail.</p>
<p>To achieve consistent results, in the first few weeks of your program do between 8 and 12 repetitions of the exercises I will detail below. Once you have completed the exercises for seven days straight you should consider increasing the number of repetitions by 3-5.</p>
<p>Each person that starts, a new exercise program has a different fitness level. So please consider these guidelines as flexible and dependent on your personal situation. If you are in a general weight and fitness range the suggested exercises below will be ideal, if you are carrying a lot of excess weight or have had serious health issues please visit your doctor and discuss your limits with them.</p>
<p><strong>Straight Squat</strong></p>
<p>With the straight squat, you need to find a room in your house with a vacant wall. Push you back flush against the wall and then position your feet so they are exactly shoulder length apart. Keeping your back against the wall, slide down the wall.</p>
<p>As you gain confidence with this exercise, rather then coming straight back to the starting position begin  to hold the squat position for a count of Ten seconds each time you drop down. Professional skiers use this exercise and they hold the downward squat position for as long as two minutes. I am not suggesting you should do that but ten to fifteen seconds on each repetition will tone and strengthen the front of your thighs quite quickly</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Free Weight Squats</strong></p>
<p>If you are not accustomed to using free weights like barbells or dumbbells make sure you purchase or borrow very light weights. As the months pass, you can always start to use heavier weights for this exercise. Place a dumbbell in each hand and lower each arm out straight against your legs. Let the weights hand down at your sides and relax.</p>
<p>A typical weight for a dumbbell will be about 3lbs when you are starting out and remember it is always easy to do a few extra repetitions to compensate if you feel your weights are to light in the beginning.</p>
<p>Simply follow the instructions that I explained for the straight squat and lower yourself down whilst using the added advantage that the free weights will supply. The most impactful part of this exercise is when you raise up from the squat position as that really gives the front of your thighs a great workout.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>The Drop Zone</strong></p>
<p>The idea behind this exercise is to build real strength in the thighs and also to tone the front and side muscles of the legs. Using the dumbbells you used in the last exercise, lift each one parallel with each of your shoulders. Start by again standing against the wall with your back pushed firmly flush against the wall. Step forward away from the wall with your left leg making a comfortably long stride, lower your right knee until in touches the floor gently whilst holding both dumbbells at shoulder position.</p>
<p>After each repetition, repeat the exercise by pushing the alternative leg forward and lowering onto the opposite knee. If you are carrying, a lot of weight try this exercise just holding your hands up in dumbbell position and only step forward a small way instead of a long lunge. If you can’t quite imagine how to hold the dumbbells up just imaging waving to someone across the room and lower the wave to be in line with your ears and above your shoulders.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Snake on the Ground</strong></p>
<p>If you don’t have a yoga mat you can just lie flat on the ground for this one but a mat will make things just a little more comfortable.</p>
<p>Start this exercise by lying completely flat on the ground. Placing legs tightly together. Reach back and grab your left leg. With your right hand and gently pull your ankle down as far as you can. Hold your ankle down for about the count of sixty seconds and then repeat on the other side using your left hand to reach out and grab your Right ankle.</p>
<p>Whilst down in this position to strengthen your back for the squat position exercises lie completely flat and raise the top half your body about up as far as you can and hold for twenty seconds. This exercise will build core strength and enable you to complete the squat exercises more powerfully.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Ball on a Wall</strong></p>
<p>For this exercise, you will need to purchase a large rubber exercise ball also known as a Swiss ball. This piece of equipment will be used for so many different exercises’ it is differently a great investment.</p>
<p>Leaning against the wall with your feet shoulder length apart and then roll the ball between your back and the wall. Place the ball so it sits between your middle and lower back.</p>
<p>Start by bending your knees and then slide down the wall along the ball until the upper part of your thighs become parallel with the floor. Stop and hold this position ideally for about ten seconds and then push yourself back to the top of the ball.</p>
<p>Rolling against the ball has a number of benefits including building strength into your quadriceps and glutes.The additional toner that will happen to the front part of your thighs if you do this exercise over time will be dramatic.</p>
<p>The Five exercises that I have outlined here, will have great impact particularly if combined with a good diet and regular exercise. Please also be conscious that if you have not exercised for years or if you are carrying a lot of extra weight you should visit your doctor. To check that these exercises, are not putting to much stress on your body.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With a changing market in alternative investments, there are currently seven private placement programs available to investors with a minimum of one million dollars to start. As with any trading program, the investor is never allowed contact with the trader until a complete compliance package has been submitted.</p>
<p>This includes a current POF (proof of funds), a CIS (client information sheet on client&#8217;s letter head) and a copy of the investor&#8217;s passport. Once the investor passes due diligence by the trader, the investor will be invited into a 40-week trade program or a bullet trade.</p>
<p>It is a privilege to be invited to participate in a PPP program, not a &#8220;right&#8221;. A client needs to be invited in. A client will never be invited in to any PPP trade if he thinks he is going to dictate the procedure to the trader. It does not work that way. The trade program sets the exact procedure as to how it will be done and that is the way it is. The investor either accepts this or not. If not, he does not get into a program.</p>
<p>When submitting a request to enter a private placement program or bullet trade, you must always include a POF, CIS, passport copy, a brief summary describing the request, i.e the dollar amount, is it PPP or another service you request, the name of the client&#8217;s bank and is it cash or a bank instrument that he wants to put into trade? Also, in what country is the client and the bank located? Without this information, the investor will not be invited into these very profitable trades.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>PROGRAM 1 (1 Million minimum investment)</strong> &#8211; Works for investors from India or anyone.</p>
<p>There are few PPP programs that allow the smaller investor to get into a program without moving their funds to the traders bank. This one will does not require that. It is perfect for investors in India for example where the banking laws of the country do not allow the citizenry to move large amounts of money out of the country. It is a straight forward 40 week program. Returns are approximately 350% a month after fees are deducted paid weekly for 40 weeks.</p>
<p><strong>PROGRAM 2 (1 Million minimum investment )</strong> &#8211; Multi option program<br />
for the small investor and up. Investment funds must be moved to an offshore bank account<br />
in the name of an offshore (not US) corporations which is owned by the investor. If there is<br />
a problem with moving the funds, such as with some investors from India, this program will<br />
not work for them. This program has been in existence for 20 years and has never lost an<br />
investor &#8216;s money. Please notice that there are a variety of options from which to choose,<br />
which will only be discussed after receipt of full compliance package.</p>
<p><strong>PROGRAM 3 &#8211; BONDS or CASH ( trade, sale or loan)</strong><br />
We will consider any type bond if on Euroclear and/or DTC wi th Free Delivery or that comes with a MT-760. The bond should be &#8220;A&#8221; or better rated by S&amp;P, Moody&#8217;s, Finch etc. with ISIN/CUSIP numbers. Venezuela Bonds are accepted without being on DTC, EC or having a MT760.<br />
