Yes. It doesn’t take a lot of work to make an vigor in Flash CS3, but the type of vigor it’s used for is web, graphic, and flash vigor. Flash has the most simple type of vigor you can do compared to other programs like Maya, 3D Studio Max, After Effects, etc. For example, “Ren and Stimpy” were used for flash.
Illustrator and Fireworks are different from Flash. You can import or bring in files from Fireworks and Illustrator into Flash that you made.
